Welcome to our NFL Flag program! The goals of the league are to teach football fundamentals, the value of competition and to have fun.

The WHYFL Flag League has four co-ed and three all-girls divisions:

• Bantam: 1st and 2nd grade (co-ed)
• Mighty Mite: 3rd and 4th grade (co-ed)
• Pee Wee: 5th and 6th grade (co-ed)
• Pony: 7th and 8th grade (co-ed)
• Girls 3rd/4th
• Girls 5th/6th
• Girls 7th/8th

Our season runs from late August through mid-November with games typically starting the Sunday after Labor Day and running for 8 weeks. There is a playoff immediately following the season and all teams make the playoffs.

We typically have 12 to 16 teams per division, play 5v5 games and have 10 players rostered to each team.

The player commitment to the Flag league is one 1-hr practice per week and one game on Sunday. Each season, your team with have one Saturday night game under the lights at a WH high school stadium.

Your player will be placed on a team by mid-August and a designated practice day will be assigned shortly after. 

**Once teams are selected, we cannot move players due to family scheduling conflicts**
